South Side Slopes Hike
April 8, 2009 by admin
It truly was a beautiful day for a hike! Saturday, April 4th Trip Leader Sarah Benson led over 30 people on a 4-mile hike around Pittsburgh’s historic South Side Slopes. Hiking the slopes means climbing lots of steps and that is just what we did! Hiking Pittsburgh’s steepest neighborhood is hard work but the view from the top was well worth it.
A special thanks to assistant Trip Leaders Darlene, Sheila, Mike and David Bennett for taking photos.
