New Series: Yoga Intro Hikes

Yoga is the perfect way to wind down after invigorating exercise. This winter we’re introducing a completely new series combining a moderately paced hike and a 45-minute yoga session. It’s called the Yoga Intro Hike Series and it kicks off on Saturday, January 21.

Yoga and Hiking PittsburghOnce a month in January, February and March we’ll explore a unique Pittsburgh neighborhood during a quick-paced 3-4 mile hike. Following the hike, we’ll head to a local yoga studio where instructor Alicia Fronczek will complement the hiking experience by teaching us how to bring the body and mind into balance after exercise.

This series is a great opportunity to learn about Pittsburgh’s eclectic neighborhoods and check out the different local yoga studios serving each one. You can sign up for an individual hike or all three. Venture Outdoors Members can sign up for the series for just $30.00. Individual hikes are $12.00 for Members and $18.00 for non-members.
