I had the opportunity to take my neice, Jordyn, and her friend, Meghan, on one of the rock climbing experiences that are conducted by our program partner Exkursions Outfitters and School of Mountaincraft (www.Exkursion.com). We met up with the dozen or so other participants at the Exkursion store in Monroeville early on Sunday morning and with the flashes and booms from the prior night’s 4th of July fireworks still fresh in mind we completed the obligatory paperwork and introductions before embarking for the Laurel Highlands.
