2008 marks the second year of the annual Winter Lecture Series, hosted by the Trek of Pittsburgh Shadyside store. On Wednesday November 5th, the first lecture kicks off with “The Science of Bicycle Riding” given by Dr. Bret Goodpaster, PhD. from the University of Pittsburgh. Bret’s lecture is the first of six lectures in this year’s free series.

Trek Bike Ride for Breast Cancer Awareness

Join Trek bike shops across the country on a casual ride developed to raise awareness for Breast Cancer! The ride will take place on the same day throughout multiple Trek store locations in North America and will raise money for Breast Cancer Research. Come experience the fun on a guided 10 mile ride along the Montour Trail; a wonderful ride for the whole family.
